[Scan-DC] Suburban mini-disaster

Around noon, Alan Henney posted on facebook that "Suburban Hospital has been refusing to accept ANY patients due to a "scheduled" 
computer upgrade ongoing since 5 a.m., may last hours more."

Working in Information Technology myself, I would guess the scheduled outage (outrage!) is the mini-disaster!
