[Scan-DC] Priority tone for Arlington County PD

Speaking of Arlington Co., has anybody found the freq used by the 
county-wide public address system?  I had noted what looked like UHF(?) 
fiberglass antennas on the pole-mounted units in years past.

Around 3 a.m. every day, I hear the old 453 MHz channels licensed by 
Arlington Co. start transmitting some sort of data, sounds like synchroizing 
something.

Any ideas?
