[Scan-DC] Firmware updates for BCD 396XT and BCD 996XT

I installed both updates successfully

Regarding the Anne Arundel County, MD PD:

Reception performance was indeed improved on the 396XT handheld

No settings were changed

It sounds like everyone is "holding their nose" when using the 996XT and some transmissions are "clipped"

I have tried various settings with some minor improvement but the 396XT still sounds much better

Is anyone experiencing similar results on AA County or similar systems with these radios?
