I tried to pay Dell extra to put XP Pro or even Win7 instead of Win 8 but they wouldn't. It is impossible to use without a touchscreen. (which I don't know have). It never told me it sent the message & left the outgoing email on the screen. Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android
