I'm not proposing anything formally, but I suspect the train/plane viewing
area north of Crystal City in Arlington will be crowded this afternoon and
tomorrow afternoon as well. Railfans and planespotters will show up there on
their own.

Is there a long-range forecast for next weekend? Twelve inches of snow?
