[Scan-DC] Silver Spring police incident

Thanks for that,  my son called me a few minutes ago...said some black and
some white unmarked SUV's just hightailed it out of the police shooting
range from Poolesville and were headed down county.  Any idea of what is
going on?

incident in Silver Spring...possibly on Wayne Av.  Fire units staging at
Dale Dr. and Schuyler Rd.

Operations on 73-C.
