[Scan-DC] New MSP Helicopters arrive at Martin State Airport on Monday

Well, I heard on the 6:30 news that they were scheduled to arrive but didn't... paperwork still being reviewed!  Possibly tomorrow, wx permitting.  Sheesh.

Chooper 8 out.

PS... does anyone else wonder why they need _eleven_ helicopters in these economic times?  Wouldn't 6 or 8 do?
