It comes up the Norfolk Southern mainline as far as Manassas and then heads west before going north again. 151.625 MHz is the frequency used by circus train personnel. This is a business band frequency. As I learned a few years back, you can hear transmissions that have nothing to do with the circus. In downtown DC, it is used by tour bus operators. Norfolk Southern's frequency is 160.950 MHz.
