Years ago you had asked about the Washington Post channels.

Had you had any luck?

Freq.# 1 855.7625 Rx----Need for PL or Dpl Tone
Freq. # 2 860.1875 Rx---Need for PL or Dpl Tone


855.7625 appears to be licensed for use at the Springfield plant and at Post HQ, 1150 15th St NW.  DCS varies.  Do you know which ones are used where?

860.1875 is used area-wide with a DCS of 054 as a back-up comm system.  But I have not monitored it in use for several years.  The repeater is still online.
