hmmm....GSA is leasing 50,600 sq ft there....thats not a small operation.

appears it is for some folks from FDA:

and it used to, maybe still does on other floors, house folks from Public Health Service / HHS and NIH.

there is an Ammendale Rd in Beltsville, MD, or that could have been Annandale Rd in Fairfax County.  I remember after 9/11 seeing guys with guns outside some otherwise non-descript buildings for a while.
