Some interesting chatter on this freq Wednesday night.

Dispatcher made reference to operating in the clear until Jan. 28.  AES encryption to be loaded on Monday and they should continue to operate in the clear until then.

KPA624 used as a call sign.

Mentioned 5515 Security Lane (I assume across from White Flint) and what sounded like Ammendale Road.

I assume FPS?

But what's up with this encryption change?  DES-OFB to AES, perhaps?
