[Scan-DC] Drone Helo above DC?

[freqhopping]

DHS has five helicopters they've been using for surveillance. Loitering 
around 5500ft I think.  The FBI had several helicopters up too.  I think 
it was a flight of four I heard returning to Manassas earlier.
