[Scan-DC] Odd digital sounds, UHF fed chs

I programmed that for a moment to listen in, then locked it to resume normal scanning. 

Given the regularity it reminded me of the sound location data bursts sound like transmitted from a TV helicopter down the microwave to the station so the tower can auto-track the chopper. 

Then once I started scanning normally again the same sound popped up on 139.7 Huntress Intercept. It could be crossover or it could be real, button guess is you are hearing locator bursts from various helicopters to command for this event. 

Only a wild guess.
