[Scan-DC] Anyone monitoring Montgomery for Police Activity on 270?

At one point I heard the dispatcher ask a unit on the scene if he 
could get close enough to the vehicle to read the VIN.
Later I heard a unit on the scene ask when the crime scene techs were 
expected to arrive.
Maryland State Police are notably terse on the radio.  The Rockville 
barracks uses 39.32 MHz analog simplex which is patched to a 
Montgomery County TG, but reception is poor for me on both.  The 
digital patch is usually hard to understand, and the analog simplex just sucks.
