Many Code Plugs from "M" when cut-n-paste from the software
have both NACS and PL's listed [67.0 is the default] even tho only One is
typically enabled.

It's interesting that these frequencies are listed as analog. They have been
digital (using NAC 4C5) for several years now. We'll have to see on Monday
which way they go.
