I see him every now and then standing around at the entrance to the courthouse waiting to conduct a stand-up report. He seems quite likeable. It's hard to imagine, but he's even more rumpled in person than he is on TV. I'm sure he'd smile upon hearing that.

My guess is that Pat will either be in front of the Georgetown Safeway, or, isn't there a Giant in upper NW somewhere - Wisconsin Ave?  Been awhile since I've been down that way.
