My guess is that Pat will either be in front of the Georgetown Safeway, or, isn't there a Giant in upper NW somewhere - Wisconsin Ave? Been awhile since I've been down that way.
"Well Blair and Scan-DC'rs, as you can see behind me it is not snowing, and yes, Washington DC and its environs are in full panic mode as this major winter storm rages down in the imaginations of the denizens of the capital of the free world. For some reason this is not considered the least bit absurd. This could be a replay of the inauguration of John F. Kennedy fifty years ago in 1961 when a snowstorm created chaos (well, added to it, anyway!) and the US Army and National Guard units were used to clear the streets for the inaugural parade. White Death! Back to you in the studio."
