[Scan-DC] RadioReference updated for MoCo?

Correct in the sense of the frequencies.  I suspect that a couple of the more obscure police talkgroups are not 100% up-to-date.  I'm trying to:

Confirm that, and;
Ferret out the correct information for the ones that I suspect are not quite right.

If / when either of those is accomplished, I'll post to the list and also notify the RR caretakers.  What I think is that most of the TGs are there, but I suspect that the designations of a couple of them, ie what they're used for, may have been swapped around, and that one of them that's used for barricade situations and things of that nature is either missing or not identified correctly.

Again, trying to figure all that out, confirm it, and get the right information through a couple of connections who have connections.  Unfortunately I don't have a direct pipeline.  Units, stand by.
