[Scan-DC] Helicopter Activity - Silver Spring Area

I have been hearing a lot of helicopter activity (not directly overhead)
for the last 30-45 minutes. Sounds like it may be circling. I fired up the
scanners but I'm not hearing anything. Is this part of a NORAD exercise (I
know that was back on Wed morning). My first guess would be an accident in
the area (news or one of the MSP choppers).
