[Scan-DC] GRE PSR-800 help

When I did the Library Import into EZScan, I got two "sites", one 
designated 850 MHz and one designated 460 MHz.  They both have all 
the FD talkgroups and all the PD talkgroups.
Not clear what "folder" your friend is looking for, since you can't 
access a "folder" without using EZScan (so far as I know).

But it's a little convoluted:

Library Import>Standard>District of 
Columbia>Counties/Cities>Systems>select Washington DC and click 
Import Selected Channels
