Also, I have to add that I didn't see any pods on the exterior of the helicopter I saw fly over that would house radiation sensors. The pods are quite noticeable in the photograph you linked to.

The helicopter that came over today was not this one. The one I saw had a white bottom and a blue top. It could have had something to do with the Inauguration. I couldn't say for sure.
