[Scan-DC] All Hazards Radio?

Yup - my radio in Pikesville is also flashing yellow and reds - no signal to be found. Apparently, KEC83 is DOA. :)

NOAA Weather Radio seems to have vanished again. None of my receivers hear it on any of
the freqs that cover the DC area.

And -- this is supposed to be our primary warning system?!

Anyone know who maintains it? Low-bid contractor or disgruntled Government employees?
