[Scan-DC] Baltimore Area Activity

Hello All: 

I have been in the Baltimore area for the past two weeks and cannot hear anything either the County or City Trunk systems except for FD simulcasts on 154.415 and 46.46. I downloaded an update this past Monday for my HP and listened through the full database and still nothing but the above. 

Can anyone advise what is going on up there?
