[Scan-DC] GRMS 462.625 MHz 156.7 in Montgo County

[MTC Communications]

Does anyone know who owns a very strong repeater that covers Montgo on GRMS 462.625 and 156.7.  I have listened off and on for about a year and have heard any traffic. I called out and no one answers.  If you know anything about it - where is it located?  Thanks.
