1.  This just in a few minutes ago.. true story....I almost fell out of 
my chair laughing...I'm monitoring the local police and a Hopewell, VA 
city deputy doing radar checks on I295 a few minutes finally stopped an 
elderly woman after a 10 mile chase.  She told the deputy she was trying 
to get to NC before dark because she didn't like to drive at night.  Per 
overheard comms to his dispatcher when he asked her why she didn't stop 
when she saw his flashing lights she told him she had never seen 
Christmas lights on a police car before.
