[Scan-DC] Fairfax Fire

When I used the latest download, I noticed that all of the groups now have coordinates.  However, the coordinates listed are not the one that I would use (out with the wife Christmas shopping right now if you're thinking about asking).  I have been working with Dave S. to update the coordinates for the entire area, but havn't been able to resume right now because I have been flying to California on Saturdays, and returning home on Sundays.  With that and work, no extra energy left for the time being.

I agree. Do you recommend avoiding updating for now, if the RR database for Fairfax seems kind of messed up right now?
