[Scan-DC] Mtgy Fire Channel 2 VHF has been narrow-banded

I'm advised by one of the department chiefs that Montgomery County VHF Fire Channel 2 (154.16 MHZ) was narrow-banded at about 0900 this morning... pretty much seamless, although it does seem as if the volume is a bit lower - easily dealt with, of course.  Just happy that all my VHF radios didn't instantly turn into paperweights.
