[Scan-DC] Old TV

I use my old small Coby TVs still because they have the A/V (RCA) jacks on 
the back which allow one to connect them directly to the digital converters.

I think there are two analog LPTV stations in downtown DC.  Can anybody 
confirm?  I almost receive one here in Takoma Park.
