[Scan-DC] Fairfax County: What's changed?

In addition to what Freqhopping and Dewey have noted, I have suspected that 
the commercial scanners cannot decode the newer/faster P25 control channels 
as well as the older/slower Motorola ones.  These scanners were probably 
designed only for the older technology.

We probably now need a commercial trunked radio which would efficiently 
decode the faster control channel as well as handle the digital simulcast 
problems.  But how to handle the auto-affiliation problems that might ID 
your radio to the system and get it zapped  :-O
