[Scan-DC] Accident in the Other Montgomery County (SW Va.)

Being from Bristol I know that stretch of road well. It may have been a
tractor trailer going too fast downhill off that I81 hilly section and
maybe his brakes caught fire or another vehicle may have pulled in front
of him too close and the tractor trailer braked hard and jack knifed. I
am surprised more serious accidents don't happen going downhill in that
area.
