[Scan-DC] PSR-500 Rebanding

Ok, I dug out my dusty PSR 500 and I want to program it for MoCo police
and fire. I downloaded an Excel file for Montgomery County from Radio
Reference. My scanner is most likely several firmware updates behind. I
have the WIN500 software. What do I need to do? Any help will be greatly

Marshall et. al - The Win500 user guide has a section devoted to 
rebanding. As I write this, UtahRadio is having some sort of problem, 
but the

As an alternative, use the RRDB interface in Win500 and download the 
system. When you do that, the required tables should be set up for you. 
All you'd
need to do is to adjust your talkgroups to the ones you want to hear. 
I'm not a Win500 user (primarily Uniden), but there should be something 
in the menus
to do this
