[Scan-DC] Montgomery FD Using Numbered Task Forces

So, how did the "Life Safety Task Force" concept work out in the storm?
I know that in past snow storms they have had County Public Works
snow plows assigned to some fire stations.
But having a Pepco truck also assigned is a new concept.
I wonder if this will become a standard procedure.
It's the old inventory control problem.
Every day a repair part is in the repairman's truck, its not in the
warehouse for some other repairman to use.
Every minute the Pepco truck or snow plow is sitting at a fire
station waiting for an alarm to come in, it's not out in the field
repairing a downed power line or plowing a street.
