[Scan-DC] [MilRadioComms] SAM 44 Backup plane and SAM 91 remaining at Patrick AFB

Oops; my error.  It is 82-8000, not 92-9000, that is at Patrick  AFB.

91" on the ground at Patrick AFB cancelled his flight  plan and said they 
would  not be leaving.  Then "SAM 44" came  up on Patrick's ground control 
freq 
and  said the same. Guess they  figure it is safer to stay on the ground at 
Patrick  than to return  to DC.
