[Scan-DC] swimmers at assateague

Luckily I didn't have to - apparently they were out.  Dept of Nat resources apparently were the ones who originally requested the assistance, and I did hear that they were sending an ATV down the beach to pick up the swimmers.  I will say that I hope they got a spanking.  Across the head.  With a 2x4...
