[Scan-DC] Fwd; [MilRadioComms] Obama cancels speech; departing Florida

President Obama arrived in Florida last night to give a speech this morning 
 in Orlando.  Moments ago he announced he is not going to give the speech  
and will return to Washington DC to monitor the progress of Hurricane  
Sandy.  Air Force 1 should depart KMCO in about a half hour.
