[Scan-DC] New antenna at Virginia's Keen Mountain Correctional Center

The Keen Mountain Correctional Center is where George Huguely, the lacrosse player at UVa who killed his girlfriend, was sent for his incarceration. It is in Oakwood, Virginia. I went to Google maps to look at it. In the aerial view, there is an antenna across Kennel Gap Road from the correctional center, next to a storage tank. In the street view, there is no antenna. The antenna was put up after the camera car went through but before the satellite picture was taken. I could look it up in the FCC records to see what that antenna is for. Street view is a great application.
