The threshold for what people find entertaining has been set fairly low, and some cynics suggest it's a limbo bar that gets lower as mankind moves forward.

The article is on page B3 of the "Metro" section of today's newspaper, which is a thing that is black and white and read all over. Ashley Halsey is the Post reporter who was in the Stearman that had an oopsey-daisy landing at DCA last year. Perhaps you listed to that on your scanners.
