[Scan-DC] First new MSP helicopter delivered

Seeing it's an AW139.  I have a hunch that the pilots might go to 
Millville, NJ to get flight training.  My last time out there I saw an 
AW-owned prototype AW139M flying around.  Upon looking up the reg 
(N212YS) it shows it as being for crew training and market survey.

The FAA database still only shows N381MD as being reserved by MSP. I've 
found that it's prior registration is N307YS.

I'd like to know if these new ones have mode-s and ADS-B.
