[Scan-DC] Helicopter

It was Trooper 2 who was assisting mcpd 4 d (wheaton) with 4 subjects outstanding - but apparently trooper 2 was low on fuel and their FLIR wasn't working so they only had the night sun - they cleared and Trooper 3 is inbound to assist with search. Sounds like Montgomery General Hospital is on lock down - they have 2 subjects in custody and another 2 outside the ER - they just did a show up with a witness and they are now in custody as well.

Not sure on the initial crime - so helo should be clearing - but also subjects are in custody.

I have the windows open tonight and a helicopter has been circling here in Olney for about 45 min. Too long for a landing and take off at MGH. Anyone know what’s going on?
