[Scan-DC] Helicopter

There were two subjects it seems that fled. Helicopter was being used with
IR to track them. Not sure if they have the right guys but another air
related unit seems to be enroute. Somebody can chime in to correct me on
any wrong facts. I have no idea what the initial call was for. The area in
question is right near the hospital based on radio traffic.
