[Scan-DC] CAP Activity

[Kenny Lorber]

I've been hearing a fair amount of activity on that 260.900 channel. Seems
like it switches from a lot of noise to very clear. Still hearing a lot of
louder jet noise this morning. Guess I will have to get used to it for a
few days.
