[Scan-DC] non trunked rebanding in Maryland

There has been so much focus of late on various trunked systems
rebanding that at least I've forgotten that there are numerous 800 Mhz
conventional channels which would also fall under the rebanding
umbrella. These include PMARS (used to be on 866.3625, now 851.3625),
RINS and 8Call freqs, as shown here...

Note that the 8Call frequencies (pre and post reband) are about 2/3 of
the way down the database page
That would include any 800 Mhz simplex talkaround type frequencies as well.
As far as I know, the counties that have rebanded (or are in the process
of rebanding) include Anne Arundel, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard
and Montgomery. I know PG county has the RINS and 8Call channels (the
profiles are in the wiki - curiously, I didn't see a slot for PMARS in
the charts), but I don't know which ones are being used (pre or post reband)
The Maryland RRDB needs some updating....Mike
