[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Police Channel A14

It's the old A7 or tac channel - and it's encrypted. It was for a barricade somewhere in 4d - so now when they go to an alternate for something like that - you won't hear it anymore. Sad.

I was just listening to my scanner and heard a bunch of county police units
being asked to switch to channel A14. I looked on radio reference and I see
in the chart that channel is named "PS #1" but it does not show up down the
list. Anybody know what talkgroup this is or what it is used for? I think
like 5-10 units switched over. I've heard it mentioned a couple more times
since then. Just curious!
