[Scan-DC] Metro Track Fires?

Just getting up for the morning, but after my list notice last night, most
of the transmissions (at least on Ops 3) were about off-loading, changing
destinations, and using Track 1.  I think the "multiple fires" involved
Track 2.

Metro is working what sounds like multiple track fires somewhere between
National Airport & Rosslyn.  Transmissions on Rail Ops 3.
