Anyway if you have a premium sub to RR, when you download, you should 
get the custom table setup since the rebanding flag has been turned on 
(it's the one that causes the warning about rebanding when you look at 
the system). This should be true of most of the digital scanners, except 
the pre-programmed ones such as the HP-1 or PSR-800. You will need to 
wait for the updated downloads, AFAIK. However you do NOT need to wait 
if you have a HP-1 or a PSR-800 to modify your scanners for Montgomery 
county's (or any other) rebanding. You can do it yourself - the links 
are in the Rebanding wiki on RR.

We still don't have the procedure for the PRO-18 (the baby brother to 
the PSR-800) but I would suspect it's similar to the 800's method...
