[Scan-DC] Montgomery County rebanding

Jeff:

Listening to the radio techs TGs, they are aware of the problem.  I think 
it is a problem with the way the system is operating when some towers are 
converted to rebanded frequencies and other towers have not been converted yet.  
Hopefull, it will clear up when they finish (by the end of the week?).

We had the same problem when they started to convert in February, and as soon as 
they switched everything back to old frequecies, it cleared up.

Is the county radio shop aware of the hanging repeaters?
If so, is it a problem or a design feature?
If not, does anyone have a contact there to let them know?
