[Scan-DC] Exercise?... or did someone wander into restricted airspace?

Just visually spotted FOUR aircraft in tight formation, heading NORTH over Tysons Corner, approximate heading for Frederick MD.

Two jets, and two prop aircraft. One large, one small. Jets are fighting hard to go slow enough to escort the propeller aircraft. ("Nose up")

Maintained course till out of visual range.

Is there an incident in progress?
