That one is usually (and is now) good signal heard in Spotsylvania County
with some deep fades. Regarding 162.55 Manassas (Independent Hill), they
are back and are find here (no distortion like someone else reported).
162.45 Covesville/Mt, Oliver (south of Charlotesville) is also fine and I
never heard them go down, and 162.475 Richmond (Sandstone) has also came
back. The last two are good signals here except when propagation lets other
station creep in. 162.40 (Pikesville, MD) is fine (though the NOAA says
they are still out of service, as it still says for Mansassas though they
are back) and 162.525 is barely there (probably Huntingdon/Three Springs
based on the past). Often I have signals on all of the NOAA weather
frequencies.
