[Scan-DC] Anyone hear any weather transmissions?

162.55 (KHB36, Manassas) came back on at 9:53 PM, after two brief test
transmissions at 9:32 and 9:34 PM. However, it sounds very distorted, as if
there are two interfering signals on the same frequency. Maybe the
Harrisburg station is causing the interference?

Also, the forecast seems to be playing a weird loop, with no ID after
listening for about 15 min, and the same marine forecast (from Key Bridge to
Cobb Island) repeated multiple times.
