[Scan-DC] Heads up -- leap second tonight

For those of you with wideband scanners, a reminder that a leap second will 
be added to UTC tonight to keep it in step with the Earth's rotation. The 
last minute of the last hour today (UTC) will have 61 seconds instead of 60. 
This will be at 7:59:59 tonight, EDT. I plan to listen on WWV (2.5, 5, 10, 
15, and 20 MHz), which will probably come in best at either 10 or 15 MHz at 
that time of the evening. Another option would be CHU Canada, 3330, 7850, or 
14670 kHz.
